Enigma Typing Services

Quotations are made on a 'per project basis' with consideration given to the complexity and terminology used. In order to be able to quote for our typing services a sample document will be required. Quotations will be valid for 14 days from date of issue.

We reserve the right to refuse any work without providing an explanation.

A signed booking form will be required prior to commencement of work. The signed booking form will confirm acceptance of the precise project specification as per quotation (based upon information supplied by the Client), turnaround service required and deadline, cost and payment terms. The booking is subject to acceptance by Enigma Typing Services.

We have a minimum charge of £20.

A deposit of 50% is required for all one-off assignments and from new clients.

Final proof reading of all work supplied is the responsibility of the Client. If errors are found, they will be amended free of charge providing the completed work is returned to us within 48 hours of receipt.

All charges that are in addition to the quoted work (postage, telephone calls, delivery charges, faxes, materials etc) will be added to the invoice for payment.

Payment Terms

Payments are to be made in £ Sterling.

For UK clients - BACS, Postal orders and cheques.

Invoicing Terms

For new clients and clients who require "one-off" assignments, an invoice will be issued on completion of work - a deposit of 50% is required, the balance is payable immediately upon completion of work.

Clients will be responsible for all bank charges resulting from any returned cheques.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may use your details to contact you with special offers in the future. If you do not wish to receive such offers please let us know.

All work is deleted from our systems 14 days from the date of invoice.
